Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Event Manager (please review those terms outlined below).
If you are unable to attend an event, and choose to send a replacement delegate in your place at no extra charge. Notification must be made in writing and received prior to the event commencing, please SMS Georgina Williams on the day PH 0402 453 070 or emailed prior to info@arma-revenuemanagement.com.
Should the event be disrupted and/or moved beyond the control of the event managers then a credit will be applied to the new dates or a full refund if moved beyond a 15-day date range, when the normal cancellation policy terms will apply.
Please note, the attendee cancellation terms apply only to industry delegates and is not applicable to commercial sponsors/partners whose terms are outlined in their agreement.
Attendee Ticket Amendment Policy:
Downgrading of registrations is not permitted. Registrations may be upgraded at any time.
Judging:
All judging decisions are final and determined by a panel if senior industry leaders (non-sponsors). The awards process is audited by independent auditors engaged by the Tourism Employee Association.
Nominations:
Nominations are open to all tourism employees in Australia. It is free to submit a nomination, however, all criteria must be completed in order for the submission to be valid. Travel expenses are incurred by the delegate.
REWARD points:
Winners receive 100 REWARD points that they can use as a credit towards professional development opportunities facilitated by the Australian Revenue Management Association. REWARD points can be gifted to another colleague who may benefit more. REWARD points are valid for 12-months and may not be reimbursed in cash. REWARD points not used within a 12-month period of them being issued will expire.
Sharing of Passes:
The event management do not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows admittance of one person only. Delegates can nominate a replacement delegate as per the terms listed above.
Change of Program Content, Format and/or Event Timing:
The event management will aim to ensure that the program is correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to change the format of the event or postpone the event (where regular cancellation terms apply) or cancel the event with no reschedule (when full refunds will be issued).

Any estimates or representations made by the event management as to the number or make-up of event participants are based on market research and experience, and are estimates only and not a guarantee or warranty as to the number, actual identity, purchasing power or level of responsibility of attendees

Commercial Sponsors/Partners:
Please refer to your sponsorship/partnership agreement/contract for additional terms and conditions (including payment terms).
Privacy Act Note:
Our events are promoted by a number of supporting organisations that may send you marketing material for our events on our behalf. If you do not wish to receive direct mailings from the event, please contact the event management in writing. We will then remove your details from any of our internal mailing lists but cannot guarantee that you won't receive information about our events from supporting organisations.
Contact by 3rd Party Notice:
Unless otherwise advised by the delegate to do so the event management does not share delegate emails with sponsors in accordance with the Privacy Act Laws of NSW.
Photos and Video:
Celebrating the success of our events is important and there will be photographs and video taken that will be shared on social media channels. If you do not wish to be in any publicly shared post event marketing material please advise the event management in writing. We will aim to ensure this does not happen, however, cannot guarantee this with 100% certainty, and are not responsible for any images taken and shared by delegates by their own will across public channels.
