1. Booking & Entry
- A valid ticket must be presented for entry (either printed or on a mobile device).
- The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is acting in a disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate manner.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Change of Mind: Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.
- Event Cancellation: If an individual event is cancelled by the Organiser (e.g., due to performer illness or unforeseen venue issues), a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled to a different date or significantly different time, ticket holders will be offered the choice of a full refund or a ticket for the new session.
- Processing Fees: Please note that while the ticket price is refundable in the event of cancellation, some third-party booking fees may be non-refundable.

3. Weather Policy
- All-Weather Event: Sense-sational Aireys is generally an all-weather festival. Events will proceed during rain unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the Festival Coordinator.
- Extreme Weather: In the event of extreme weather (e.g., Extreme or Catastrophic Fire Days or severe storm warnings), specific outdoor events may be cancelled or moved. If an event is cancelled due to weather, a full refund will be provided.

4. Program Changes
The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute presenters and artists, or vary advertised programs and venues if necessary. No refunds will be provided for minor changes to the lineup or program.

5. Photography & Filming
By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by official festival photographers. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff upon arrival.

6. Liability
Attendees enter the festival venues at their own risk. The Sense-sational Aireys Festival and its event partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
