Cancellation Policy
If MBO cancels a session all ticket holders will be given the opportunity to rebook their tickets for a future session or obtain a full refund.
MBO will cancel a session for the following reason:
If the fire danger is rated Extreme or Catastrophic or a Total Fire Ban is declared
If forecast conditions are likely to make the session unsafe or unpleasant for conditions (for example if the observatory has no power)
Tickets cancelled by the ticket-holder more than 72 hours prior to the event will be fully refunded.
Tickets cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event will be refunded minus a $5 charge per ticket.
