1. Booking & Payment
-A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the spot.
-Full payment must be completed 30 days prior to the retreat date.
-Invoice will be sent to your email and payment must be made once you have received the Invoice.
-Payment can be made via bank transfer, pay pal, after pay, stripe or automatic direct debit with 8 instalments (please check directly with the organiser in regard to this).
-Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made less than 30 days, prior to the retreat are not refundable.
- Medical Exception:
If a participant is unable to attend due to a serious medical condition:
A valid medical certificate must be provided stating that the participant is not fit to attend.
Upon review, a 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding the deposit) may be granted.
- Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
* In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided (excluding any personal travel expenses).
3. Health & Wellbeing
- This retreat is designed for relaxation, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellbeing.
- It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
- By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
- Certain activities, such as sound healing, yoga, family constellation, may not be suitable for everyone.
4. Personal Responsibility
- You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk.
- You are responsible for your own belongings, health, and personal choices during the retreat.
- We encourage you to listen to your body and honour your limits at all times.
5. Travel & Insurance
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Bali.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive **travel insurance** covering cancellations, medical needs, and personal belongings.
6. Accommodation & Shared Spaces
- Accommodation is provided as part of the retreat package.
- Guests are expected to respect shared spaces, maintain cleanliness, and be mindful of others.
- Any damages caused to the property will be the responsibility of the participant.
7. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and nurturing environment:
-Respect the privacy, boundaries, and experiences of others.
- Maintain confidentiality of group sharing.
- Alcohol, drugs, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted during the retreat.
- We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, with no refund provided.
8. Schedule & Program Changes
- The retreat schedule may be adjusted depending on weather, group needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Media & Photography
- Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.
10. Agreement
- By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
