By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Donations to ALP Victorian Federal Campaign:

To purchase tickets for this ALP Victorian Federal Campaign fundraising event you must:

1. Make a donation in your capacity either as an:

a. Australian citizen or Australian resident (residing in Australia holding a permanent visa or a special category visa); or
b. Australian organisation or business as indicated by a registered ABN (if donating in the name of a business or entity).

2. Provide the following details to Victorian Labor on request (and provide supporting evidence where requested):

a. If making a donation in your personal capacity:
i. Your full name;
ii. Your residential address;
iii. Your telephone number; and
iv. Your email address

b. If making a donation on behalf of a business or entity:
i. The full name of the business or entity;
ii. The registered ABN of the business or entity;
iii. The full name of the of the representative of the business or entity;
iv. The telephone number of the representative of the business or entity; and
v. The email address of the representative of the business or entity.

3. Acknowledge that: The Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 restricts the gifts or donations that political parties can receive from foreign donors. It includes the restriction on receiving gifts/donations of $100 or more from a foreign donor, written affirmation that the donor is not foreign for gifts/donations of $1,000 to $17,300 (2025-2026 financial year disclosure threshold), and other appropriate information required if over the disclosure threshold.

Donors and political parties must disclose if gifts/donations exceed $17,300.
