Masterclass Ticket Terms & Conditions – Dance Network
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made via TryBooking and are confirmed upon full payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All masterclass bookings are non-refundable. This includes change of mind, scheduling conflicts or inability to attend. As places are limited and secured in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.
3. Class Allocation
Dancers may be allocated to a class based on their current level (Inter or Senior). Dance Network reserves the right to adjust class placement if required to ensure a safe and appropriate learning environment.
4. Schedule Changes
Dance Network reserves the right to adjust class times, levels or add additional sessions depending on demand and enrolment numbers.
5. Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable to other dancers or events.
6. Photography & Video
Photos and/or video footage may be captured during the masterclass for promotional purposes across Dance Network platforms.
7. Behaviour & Safety
All dancers are expected to follow studio rules and instructions. Dance Network reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
8. Liability
While all care is taken to provide a safe environment, Dance Network accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
