The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or performers without notice.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, ticket holders will be contacted regarding refund or transfer options.

Entry may be refused to any person who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

By attending the event, ticket holders agree to comply with all instructions from event staff and any applicable safety guidelines.

Photography and videography may be taken at the event for promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent to appear in such materials unless otherwise arranged with organisers.

The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
