TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Event Details
This event is known as 'Back a Rare Cause at Menangle Park Raceway – 2026 Charity Dinner' held on Saturday 18 July 2026 at Club Menangle in the Chairman’s Lounge. Event commences at 6:00pm and concludes at 10:30pm

2. Ticket Sales & Entry
All tickets are sold via TryBooking and are subject to availability.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Tickets are transferable; however, the event organiser must be notified of any name changes prior to the event.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
3. Seating
Seating is allocated based on booking type.
Table bookings will be seated together.
Individual ticket holders may be seated on shared tables unless otherwise arranged.
4. Beverages
Club Menangle is a licenced venue, no outside alcohol is to be brought on site. Responsible service of alcohol laws apply at all times. The venue reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with RSA requirements.
5. Sponsorship Packages
Sponsorship inclusions are as advertised at time of purchase.
Race naming rights, advertising placements, and trackside experiences are subject to venue approval and operational conditions.
All sponsor artwork must be supplied by the required deadline. Failure to do so may result in default branding being used.
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed and will be in direct organisation with Club Menangle.
6. Fundraising Allocation
All proceeds from this event will contribute to the fundraising efforts of Rachael Mae and Jemma Thompson as part of the 2026 Corporate Clash Initiative, supporting Rare Cancers Australia and other participating charities through the program. The funds raised will be allocated in a professional and appropriate manner, as determined by Rachael & Jemma.

7. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify event details, including timing, entertainment, or race sponsorship arrangements if required.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, ticket holders will be notified and arrangements made in line with legal requirements.
8. Photography & Media
Photography and video will be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, guests consent to being photographed and/or recorded unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.
9. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully at all times.
The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving inappropriately, without refund.
10. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law.
