1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal schedule conflicts. As this is a showcase event with fixed costs (venue hire, staffing, and production), ticket revenue is immediately committed to the event’s execution.
2. Exceptions & Credits
Refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of Management under the following circumstances:
Medical Emergency: If a performer or immediate family member is unable to attend due to a medical emergency (a medical certificate may be requested).
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the showcase is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
Event Rescheduling: If the event is moved to a different date, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund request must be submitted.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to another family within our community.
5. No-Shows
Refunds will not be provided for "no-shows" on the day of the performance for any reason.
