By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in FHFC Past Players Day hosted by Flagstaff Hill Football Club, you ("the Attendee") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Admission and Conduct

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and venue security.

2. Liability for Property Damage
Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, equipment, furnishings, or any property belonging to the Organizer, venue, or third parties.

In the event of damage, Attendees will be held financially liable for repair or replacement costs as determined by the Organizer or venue management.

3. Vomit and Excessive Mess Clean-up
If an Attendee vomits or causes any excessive mess that requires professional cleaning, a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the Attendee responsible.

This charge will be collected on-site or billed to the individual’s contact/payment details provided during ticket purchase or registration.

Additional cleaning or restoration costs may be added if damages exceed the base fee.

4. Health and Safety
If you feel unwell during the event, notify staff immediately. First aid will be available on-site.

Attendees who are visibly intoxicated or ill may be denied entry or asked to leave for the safety of others.

5. Personal Belongings
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Attendees are advised to keep belongings secure at all times.

6. Photography and Media
By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.

No refunds will be issued for removal from the event due to violation of these terms.

8. Acceptance of Risk
Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organizer accepts no liability for injury, illness, or losses incurred unless due to proven negligence.

9. Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement. By attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept all conditions stated above
