Hosted by Tamworth Weddings at Tangaratta Vineyards

Vendor After Party: 5:00pm – 9:00pm

1. Event Overview
The Tamworth Weddings Fair is a boutique wedding expo hosted by Tamworth Weddings at Tangaratta Vineyards.
This event is designed to connect engaged couples with trusted local wedding vendors in a relaxed and inspiring vineyard setting.
2. Vendor Registration
To secure a vendor space, all businesses must complete:
Vendor Registration Form
Full payment of site fee and any add-ons
Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency ($20 million minimum)
Food handling certificates (if serving food)
Short business bio
Website + social media links

3. Site Allocation
Tamworth Weddings will make every reasonable effort to allocate your preferred site location, however site placement may change if required for event flow or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Setup & Pack Down
Vendor sites must be fully set up before 12:30pm on event day.
Vendors must remain operational until the fair concludes at 4:00pm.
Early pack down is not permitted unless prior approval has been given by the event coordinator. This means on the day you can ask before you decide to behind the pack down.
5. Vendor Spaces
Standard vendor sites are approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. Larger spaces may be available on request.
Indoor and outdoor spaces are available. Outdoor vendors requiring marquees or gazebos must supply their own equipment Including weights for the gazebo’s to be held firmly in place. Pegs are permitted. The lawn must be left the way you found it if you are setting up on the lawn please respect the natural growth takes time and we are in dry times.
6. Power, Tables & Furniture
Powered sites, tables, chairs and tablecloth hire may be available upon request and subject to availability.
All electrical equipment must be safe and compliant. Only approved extension leads and power boards may be used.
7. Presentation Standards
Vendors are expected to present a professional, welcoming and visually appealing site relevant to the wedding industry.
Sites must be kept tidy and safe at all times. All cords, displays and equipment must be positioned to avoid hazards. Drinks and food to be neatly tucked away at your stall.
8. Marketing & Attendance
Tamworth Weddings will actively market the event through digital, social media and local promotional channels.
While every effort is made to ensure a successful event, no guarantee can be made regarding attendance numbers, sales or leads generated.
9. Photography & Media
By attending, vendors agree that any photo or video taken during the event may be used by Tamworth Weddings and Tangaratta Vineyards for future marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Vehicles & Parking
Vendor vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas after unloading.
No vehicles are permitted on lawn display areas under any circumstances.
11. Alcohol & Venue Rules
No outside alcohol may be brought onto the property under any circumstances.
All vendors and guests must respect the venue, staff, neighbours and licensing requirements.
12. Vendor After Party (5pm – 9pm)
All registered vendors are invited to attend the Wedding Industry Networking After Party after the fair. Vendors may invite their friends and family to join.
A relaxed opportunity to celebrate, collaborate and connect with fellow wedding professionals.
13. Cancellation Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable for the moment you make payment.
If the event is postponed due to weather, emergency or circumstances beyond control, all bookings will transfer to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date your account will remain in credit for the next event.
14. Liability
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, staff or equipment.
Tamworth Weddings and Tangaratta Vineyards are not liable for theft, damage, weather disruption, loss of income or any indirect loss associated with the event.
15. Right to Amend
Tamworth Weddings reserves the right to update these terms and conditions or make operational changes where reasonably required.
