1. General Overview
Events On acts as a platform and event facilitator, working with various event organisers, venues, and partners to deliver experiences across multiple locations.
By purchasing a ticket or attending any event listed or operated through Events On, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ticketing
Tickets are valid for single entry on the specified date and time, unless otherwise stated.
Tickets must be presented upon entry. Digital tickets on smartphones are accepted.
Tickets are non-transferable between events, dates, or venues unless approved by the organiser.
Entry may be refused if tickets are invalid, duplicated, or tampered with.
3. Event Operations & Changes
Events may be subject to change, including but not limited to scheduling, entertainment, inclusions, or layout.
Events may be cancelled, postponed, or modified due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, rebooking or credit vouchers will be offered.
4. Refunds & Booking Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
Bookings cannot be amended once confirmed unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Where applicable, credit vouchers or transfers may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.
5. Entry Conditions & Capacity
Entry is subject to venue capacity limits.
Once capacity is reached, entry may be refused even with a valid ticket if late.
Some events may offer spectator or limited-access tickets, which do not include participation in activities.
6. Conduct & Behaviour
All guests must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
Events On and venue staff reserve the right to:
Refuse entry
Remove any individual from the event
Confiscate tickets without refund
This applies to behaviour including:
Intoxication
Aggression or harassment
Failure to follow staff instructions
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
For events where alcohol is served:
Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry where alcohol is available.
Entry may be refused without valid ID.
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.
Staff may refuse service to:
Intoxicated individuals
Anyone behaving inappropriately
No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises unless explicitly permitted.
Events On supports a safe, social, and controlled drinking environment.
8. Safety & Participation
All attendees participate in activities at their own risk.
Certain attractions or experiences may have:
Age restrictions
Height/weight limits
Health or mobility considerations
These must be followed at all times.
By attending, you accept responsibility for:
Your own safety
The safety of any children or dependents in your care
9. Supervision of Children
Children must be supervised at all times unless stated otherwise.
Specific supervision ratios may apply depending on the event.
Events On reserves the right to refuse entry where supervision requirements are not met.
10. Food & Beverage
External food and beverages are not permitted unless stated otherwise.
Onsite food and drink offerings may vary by event.
11. Photography & Media
By attending an event, you consent to:
Photography
Video recording
Live content capture
These materials may be used for:
Marketing
Social media
Promotional purposes
CCTV may be in operation for safety and security.
12. External Factors & Force Majeure
Events On is not liable for disruptions caused by:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public health events
Other circumstances beyond control
Where possible, rebooking or credit will be offered.
13. Promotions & Offers
Promotional tickets, giveaways, or discounted offers:
Are subject to specific terms
May require proof of eligibility
May not be combined with other offers
14. Additional Conditions
Certain events may require:
Special equipment (e.g. grip socks, wristbands)
Additional waivers or acknowledgements
Memberships or unlimited passes:
Are subject to fair use policies and capacity limitations
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Events On, its partners, staff, contractors, and venues are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at events.
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless all associated parties from any claims arising from participation.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to:
Comply with all Terms & Conditions
Follow all safety signage and staff instructions
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
If you do not accept these Terms, you should not attend the event.
17. Platform Disclaimer
Events On may list events operated by third-party organisers.
In such cases, the event organiser may have additional terms, and responsibility for delivery lies with them.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
