Refunds: Tickets are only refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.
The venue does not resell unwanted tickets.

All seats in the room are allocated seats and are not to be relocated to other tables without the permission of the Event Manager.
Companion cards are accepted once Oakleigh Music Hall has received confirmation advising by email the Oakleigh Music Hall.
No food is to be brought into the venue.
