To ensure a beautiful, relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to read the following:
Booking & Your Place
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed via Eventbrite. As this is an intimate experience, places are limited and we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
Age Requirement
This experience is designed for guests aged 16 years and over.
Cancellations & Transfers
As we carefully prepare materials and catering for each guest:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding booking fees).
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else—just let us know in advance.
A Thoughtfully Curated Experience
We may make small adjustments to the schedule or inclusions if needed, always with the intention of enhancing your experience.
Food & Beverages
To keep the experience seamless and in line with venue guidelines, we kindly ask that no outside food or drinks are brought onto the premises.
Your ticket includes a selection of food and one beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), thoughtfully chosen for the event.
Dietary Requirements
Please let us know any dietary needs when booking. We will do our best to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
A Gentle Note on Wellbeing
This experience includes mindfulness practices and herbal tea blending to support general wellbeing. It is not intended as medical advice, but rather as a space to relax, reconnect and enjoy.
Photography
We may capture moments from the event to share the experience with our community. If you prefer not to be included, please feel free to let us know on the day.

We aim to create a calm, welcoming environment for all. We appreciate your presence in helping maintain this shared atmosphere.
