8. Event attractions and food menu options may be altered or cancelled, if required, without prior notice;
9. The event organiser (BASA) has all rights to film, photograph and publish video production of this event. This material will be used for informative and marketing purposes. Attendees shall indicate to the photographer/videographer if they do not consent for their photo/video to be taken or shared.
