Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser
BDC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the venue, time, or format of the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Weather or environmental conditions

Public health concerns

Low registration numbers

Technical or logistical issues

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible via the email provided during registration.

Limitation of Liability
The organiser shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from event cancellation or modification. Attendees are advised to make arrangements that are flexible or refundable if they incur travel or accommodation costs.
