Punk Caterpillar is a nature-based program delivered in outdoor environments, including bushland and natural play spaces. Activities may involve uneven terrain, tools, fire, water, weather exposure, wildlife, and physical play. These elements carry inherent and unavoidable risks.
By making a booking, I acknowledge and accept that Punk Caterpillar is a high-risk program. Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
I understand that safety within the program is a shared responsibility between participants, caregivers, and facilitators. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Punk Caterpillar, its coordinators, facilitators, and landholders from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and costs include food, materials, mentors, and operational overheads.
If I am unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a 75% partial refund or a session transfer/credit (valid for three months) will be offered for another Punk Caterpillar or The Nectar Connection program.
If the program is cancelled by the facilitators, I will receive a full refund or the option to transfer my booking
