Terms and Conditions - PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO MOUNT SCHOENSTATT
1. Bookings and Payment
• All bookings must be made through TryBooking or the parish office.
• Payment of $35 per person confirms your place and covers return transport.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the pilgrimage is cancelled by the parish.
2. Participation and Conduct
• This is a spiritual event open to all. We ask all participants to enter into the spirit of prayer, reflection, and fellowship throughout the day.
• Please note that this pilgrimage is for participants aged 18 years and over only.
3. Transport and Timing
• Return bus transport is provided.
• Please arrive at Our Lady of Dolours, Chatswood by 7:45 AM for a 8:00 AM departure (sharp).
• The bus will return to Chatswood by approximately 4:00 PM.
• The parish is not responsible for individuals who miss the bus departure times.
4. What to Bring
• Please bring your own snacks and water.
• Wear appropriate clothing for visiting sacred spaces and walking.
• Bring any necessary medication or personal items you may need for the day.
5. Health and Safety
• Participants attend at their own risk. The parish will take reasonable care but is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.
• If you have any health or accessibility concerns, please notify the organisers when booking.
6. Changes and Cancellation
• The parish reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather, venue issues). In such cases, participants will be contacted and refunds will be offered where appropriate.
7. Photography and Privacy
• Photos may be taken during the pilgrimage and used in parish communications or social media. Please advise the organiser if you do not wish to be included.
