Mother’s Day Lunch – Terms & Conditions

We’re excited to host you for Mother’s Day at Forest Edge. The below terms are designed to keep things simple and ensure a smooth event for everyone.

Booking & Payment

● All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
● No deposits are required.
● Payments are non-refundable unless stated below.

Cancellations

● All cancellations must be made in writing.
● Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Guest Numbers

● Final guest numbers must be confirmed at the time of booking.
● We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary Requirements

● Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
● While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Service & Responsible Service of Alcohol

● Responsible Service of Alcohol laws apply. We reserve the right to refuse service where required.
● All guests must behave respectfully; we may ask anyone to leave if necessary.

Event Details

● This is a set Mother’s Day lunch experience with a fixed duration.
● Guests are asked to arrive and depart within their allocated booking time.

General

● Essential Catering + Events are the exclusive caterers and event managers at Forest Edge.
● By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
