In the case of the cruise company or the band cancelling the event, ticket purchases will be refunded.
Please arrive on time for pick up by the cruise boat at the correct wharf.
If ticket holders arrive late for pick up, the cruise boat will be unable to turn around and pick you up.
No refund will be provided for ticket holders arriving late for pick up.
Be prepared to provide proof of ticket purchase and your name before boarding to assist preventing ticket scams.
