Thank you for your interest in my vegan cheesemaking workshop. Please read the following terms before purchasing your ticket.
Bookings
All bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop date.
Refund requests made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as ingredients & preparation are committed in advance.
If you can no longer attend within 7 days of the event, your ticket may be transferred to another person. Please notify us in advance with their full name and email address.
If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule
If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, attendees will be offered:
a full refund, or
transfer to a future workshop date.
Dietary / Allergy Information
This workshop is fully vegan and gluten-free. Ingredients such as nuts, soy, coconut, seeds, and other common allergens may still be used. Reach out to the event organiser if you have any questions or concerns about allergens.
Arrival & Participation
Please arrive 5 minutes early so the workshop can begin on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the session.
