1. Participation
This is a social, recreational event. By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in light–moderate physical activity and will take part at your own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in netball involves a risk of injury. You agree that the organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, except where required by law.

3. Behaviour & Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and inclusively. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately, without refund.

4. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, or location if required (e.g. weather, safety, or attendance numbers).

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the event start time.
No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the event.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or credit will be offered.

6. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organiser is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify the organiser in advance.

8. Health & Safety
You agree to follow any safety instructions provided during the event and to notify the organiser of any injury or concern as soon as possible.
