Terms and Conditions  −  Holy Trinity Parish Latin Night

We are so pleased you are joining us.

To make sure the day runs smoothly and everyone enjoys themselves, we kindly ask that you take note of the following:
Tickets & Entry
• Each guest will need a valid ticket to attend.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise arranged with the Social Committee.

Arrival & Conduct
• Please arrive on time and follow any directions from our friendly event staff.
• Seating will be allocated in advance. If you’d like to sit with friends, please let us know at the time of booking, or at least two weeks prior to the event. After this time, seating arrangements will be determined by the Social Committee and final.
• Each table seats 10 guests. If your preferred table is full, we will attempt to seat you at a table next to your friends.
• Children are very welcome, but they need to remain under the supervision of a parent / guardian at all times.

Behaviour
• We want everyone to feel safe and happy. Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone intoxicated or behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave.

Food & Dietary needs
• If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know when you book.
• We will do our very best to meet your needs, although in some cases it may not be possible to cater for every request.

Alcohol & Smoking
• This is a BYO event – you are welcome to bring along your own alcohol.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Guest who appears intoxicated, is behaving inappropriately, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
• Please remember alcohol must not be supplied to minors under any circumstances.
• The venue itself is completely non-smoking. If you wish to smoke or vape, this must be done offsite along Centre Road, away from the building.

Photography & Media
• By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the event by the Holy Trinity Parish Social Committee.
• Photos or videos will be taken at the event for promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent to appear in such media. If you prefer not to appear, simply let a member of the Social Committee know on the day.
Personal Belongings
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Holy Trinity Parish cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Health & Safety
• Please follow any safety instructions, emergency procedures and venue rules provided at the event by the Social Committee.
• If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend the event. For the safety of others, entry may be refused if you appear unwell.

Cancellations
• If the event is cancelled by the Parish, ticket costs will be refunded within 10 days of the notice of cancellation.
• If you wish to cancel your booking, you must let us know at least 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded, as catering payments will already have been finalised.

Liability
• Every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable event. However, attendance is at your own risk. Holy Trinity Parish is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
