By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

One ticket allows one person entry. Ticketholders must stay in the designated areas of the venue and are not allowed into competitor only sections for any reason.

This event is 18+. All ticket holders must be over 18 and carry photo identification. By purchasing thus ticket you agree to allow the door staff to check your ID upon entering the venue.

We ask that all ticket holders only film competitors that they know and with their expressed permission.
The event has a professional photographer. Please stay seated during all performances to avoid obstructing the view of other ticketholders.

By purchasing this ticket you agree to behaving in a manner that is safe, decent and supportive to all competitors, staff and guests. If you do not, we hold the right to remove you from the venue without a refund.

Ticket holders agree not to touch the poles, rigging or any stage, sound or lighting equiptment before, during or after the event. Any breach of this will result in immediate exit from the venue withour refund.

The Southeast QLD & North NSW Pole Championships and its organisers hold the right to postpone the event if necessary. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a full cancellation.

By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, in part or in full, if you cannot attend the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
However, if you wish to transfer the ticket into another name, this is permissible. You must email sqnnswpolechampionships@gmail.com to have the ticket officially changed prior to the event.
If it is a same day change you must sms the event organiser on 0458 013 668.
