By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets & Bookings
• All tickets must be purchased in advance through the nominated booking platform.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is given.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

2. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows
• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend (no-shows)
• Late arrival or early departure
• In the event of cancellation by the organiser, customers will be entitled to a full refund or ticket transfer to a rescheduled date.
• If the event is postponed due to circumstances outside the organiser’s control (including but not limited to weather, power outages, or venue issues), tickets may be transferred to the new date at the organiser’s discretion.

3. Allergen & Dietary Information
• Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all common allergens, including but not limited to:
• Gluten
• Dairy
• Eggs
• Nuts
• Soy
• Sesame
• While every reasonable effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• This event is not suitable for guests with severe or anaphylactic food allergies.
• Dietary requests must be advised at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions or adverse food responses.

4. Menu & Product Availability
• Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and supplier constraints.
• The organiser reserves the right to:
• Substitute ingredients
• Adjust menu items
• Modify portioning
Where necessary, while maintaining a similar style and value.
• No refunds will be issued due to menu substitutions or minor changes.

• This is a buffet-style meal unless otherwise stated.
• Portions are prepared to reasonably cater for all ticketed guests.
• Seconds or additional servings are not guaranteed and subject to availability.

6. Children’s Tickets
• Children’s tickets are intended for children aged under 12
• Adult-sized portions or substitutions may not be available for children’s tickets.

7. Behaviour & Venue Compliance
• Guests must comply with venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
• The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person displaying unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

8. Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for:
• Personal injury
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Adverse reactions to food or beverages
• Attendance is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Photography & Marketing
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• By attending, guests consent to being photographed unless they advise otherwise prior to the event.
