Liability Waiver:

I will authorise the participant to participate in the winter VBS camp. I understand that the participation of the minor for which I am the parent or legal guardian, in the winter VBS camp can include foreseeable and unforeseeable risks and hazardous activities inherent in the winter VBS camp which may expose the participant to illness, injury, death or property damage, whether by accident or negligent/intentional misconduct of a third person. Participant freely and voluntarily participates in the winter VBS with the knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agrees to expressly assume and accept any and all risk of illness, injury, death or property damage.


Photo Consent:

I hereby grant permission to Nasum Church, to take and use photographs and/or digital images of my child for use in Nasum Church promotional activities as follows: printed publications or materials, electronic publications, or websites. I authorise the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Nasum Church.


Cancellation/Refund:

If you are needing to cancel a registration for any reason, we will refund you in full all the way up until Friday, 28 June 2024. If cancelled after Friday 28 June 2024, there are no refunds for the winter VBS camp fees.
