By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Armidale Waldorf School Senior Formal, all students, parents, and guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Parental Responsibility & Supervision
Parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:
They retain responsibility for their child’s conduct, safety, and wellbeing at all times during the event.
They will ensure their child complies with all event expectations and behavioural standards.
They understand that failure to meet these expectations may result in the student being asked to leave the event.
2. Alcohol-Free Event
This is a strictly alcohol-free event.
No alcohol is to be brought into or consumed at the venue.
Any breach of this condition may result in removal from the event and further action where applicable.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, venue personnel, and other guests.
The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
4. Catering & Dietary Requirements
Guests must advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
The venue will take all reasonable precautions to accommodate dietary needs and avoid cross-contamination; however, it cannot guarantee that all food will be completely free from allergens or specific ingredients.
Attendees with severe allergies attend at their own discretion.
5. Tickets & Attendance
Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the event organiser.
The event organiser reserves the right to limit guest numbers in accordance with venue capacity and safety requirements.
6. Communication
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive event-related information and updates via email from the Event Organiser.
7. Liability
The school and event organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Attendance at the event is at the individual’s own risk.
8. Event Enquiries
