By enrolling in Prophetic Art Garden: Painting Birds with God (6-Week Course), you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Your enrolment confirms your commitment to the full 6-week course.

2. Attendance & Participation

This is a structured course, with each session building on the previous one.
Consistent attendance and engagement are strongly encouraged to gain the full benefit of the program.

3. Illness & Missed Sessions

If you are unwell, please do not attend in person.

Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Participants will be supported to continue through the provided workbook and weekly guidance.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

Bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person or, where possible, offered to someone on the waitlist at the organiser’s discretion.

5. Changes to the Course

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

6. Materials

Participants are responsible for supplying their own materials.
A materials list will be provided following registration.

7. Liability

All participants attend at their own risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

8. Photography & Promotion

Photographs of the course and artworks may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please advise prior to commencement.

This course is designed as a guided, intentional process.
Your commitment to attend, engage, and follow through will shape the outcome of your experience.
