• All bookings are made through TryBooking and confirmed once payment is received. Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise. Any processing/booking fees are the participant’s responsibility.
• Tickets are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by law. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued (excluding fees).
• The organiser may make reasonable changes to the program or venue. Significant changes will be emailed to ticket holders.
• Please engage respectfully and thoughtfully with the community. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of entry or being asked to leave.

• Personal information is used only for event management and communication.
• Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
