MTG MATE Event Centre is open for all events at least one hour prior to the commencement of the event.
You should aim to show up at least 15 to 30 minutes early to register for your event and make sure you're all ready to go when the event starts.

I'm running late, what should I do?
Contact the retail team via phone (0468 462 836) or email (retail@mtgmate.com.au) at the earliest opportunity. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes late, it is at the discretion of the retail team whether you will be allowed entry to the event or refunded your ticket. If you don't contact the retail team prior to the commencement time, your spot will be forfeited and a refund will be available at your request.

I can't make it to the event, what should I do?
Contact the retail team via phone (0468 462 836) or email (retail@mtgmate.com.au) at the earliest opportunity. They will arrange a refund for any ticket you have purchased via trybooking.com or in store.
Event tickets are eligible for refund for up to 1 week after the event has concluded; after that any ticket fees are forfeited.
