Market Stall Terms & Conditions
Belrose Winterfest 2026
By booking a stall at Belrose Winterfest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Stallholder Responsibilities
Stallholders must provide their own setup, chairs, and all equipment required to operate their stall. A 2.4 trestle & white tablecloth will be provided.
All stalls must be presented in a safe, clean, and professional manner.
Stallholders are responsible for their own float, EFTPOS facilities, and stock.
Event Times & Setup
Bump-in (setup) will commence from approximately 9:00am.
All stalls must be fully set up by 10:45am.
Event trading hours are 11:00am – 3:00pm.
Stallholders must remain open and operational for the full duration of the event.
Pack down may only begin after 3:00pm unless approved by event organisers.
Power & Equipment
Power is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
Stallholders must supply their own leads and test-and-tagged equipment where required.
Insurance & Compliance
All stallholders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance.
Food vendors must comply with all relevant council and food safety regulations.
Food Vendors
Food vendors must disclose their menu in advance.
The event organisers reserve the right to limit similar food offerings to ensure variety.
Prohibited Items
The sale of illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited.
No alcohol sales are permitted.
Payments & Refunds
All stall bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Stall fees are non-refundable, except in the event that the organiser cancels the event.
Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.
Weather Policy
Belrose Winterfest is a rain, hail, or shine event.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is cancelled by organisers.
Safety & Conduct
Stallholders must comply with all safety instructions provided by event staff.
Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.
Stall Allocation
Stall locations will be allocated by event organisers.
While preferences may be noted, specific locations are not guaranteed.
Marketing & Promotion
By participating, stallholders agree that photos/videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes.
Communication
Final event details, including site maps and bump-in instructions, will be sent closer to the event date.
Agreement
By purchasing a stall, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
