By purchasing a ticket to the Winter Festival School Fair, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for change of mind or inability to attend.

2. Event Postponement
In the event that the Winter Festival is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued in this instance.

3. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders must contact the event organiser to request a refund. Refunds will not be issued automatically.

4. Entry & Participation
All attendees must comply with event rules, safety instructions, and any directions given by event staff or volunteers. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

5. Weather
This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately. In the case of severe weather, the event may be postponed or cancelled (see clauses above).

6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the event organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, including personal property.

7. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to photography and videography being taken and used for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing.

8. Amendments
The organisers reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
