Minimum numbers:
A minimum number of 7 students required for classes to proceed. Please book and pay before the commencement date to ensure classes go ahead.
Refund Policy:
As classes run on minimum numbers once bookings close, we are unable to offer refunds. If the class does not proceed, you will be refunded the total amount. Maximum 10 students. Fees are non-refundable, unless negotiated for an extended illness. A small administration fee may be charged to cover credit card merchant fees.
Cancellation: Due to illness or emergency of the course provider, the class may be cancelled. A refund or rescheduled class will be organised.
Discount on Fees:
Siblings: 10% discount on term fees for the second child. Maximum discount on any one course 10%. Please contact to apply for this discount.
Marketing Material:
From time to time we take photos during class of students and/or their artworks. These images are used for Art After School’s promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by us. As a Condition of Enrolment your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos/images of you, your child or your artwork please notify us in writing.
Student conduct:
Art After School is a shared space and we expect students to respect fellow artists, artwork and property. Students deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be removed, suspended or expelled from the class.
Occupational Health and Safety:
If you have an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect your participation in a class, you should notify the Director - Nickcole McGlinn at the time of enrolment.
Emergencies - Medical, hygiene, medication:
Art After School staff can only administer medications that are in the original packaging with original pharmacy label, or a script signed by a medical professional. We cannot administer medication without this information.
Staff will administer basic first aid where required and Art After School has the right to contact an ambulance if deemed necessary by the staff.
If a participant becomes ill or is displaying signs of cold or flu like symptoms a staff member will contact parent/carer and discuss appropriate action in line with current Government COVID-19 protocols.
In the case of an emergency, staff will directly contact the participant’s emergency contacts on the contact form.
Risk: Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, Art After School is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of that person's participation in our termly classes or school holiday workshops.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
