By booking a Mother’s Day Mini Session, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your session to another family member or friend.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at our Glen Aplin location 5–10 minutes prior to your session time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time to avoid impacting other bookings.

What’s Included

Your session includes a 15-minute photography session and 3 high-resolution digital images. Additional images and full gallery upgrades will be available for purchase.

Image Delivery

Your online watermarked gallery will be delivered within 7 days. From your gallery, you will be able to select your included images and purchase any upgrades.

Children & Families

Children must be supervised at all times. Please ensure everyone is ready to begin at your allocated time. The focus of this session will mostly be on mum and the kids, however Dad is welcome to join in.

Weather

In the event of unsuitable weather, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

Usage of Images

Images may be used for our portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
