We are deeply looking forward to sharing this space with you. This retreat is created with care, intention, and a genuine trust that those who are meant to be here will find their way.

At the same time, holding a clear structure allows us to honour the integrity of the container, as well as those on the waitlist who may be preparing to join.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the retreat will receive a full refund
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the retreat are non-refundable

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we will always meet you with understanding. However, due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited spaces, these policies are in place to allow enough time for others to step in and for the container to be held with clarity.

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you might want to transfer your ticket to another person (please notify us to work it out together).

Commitment to the Space
By booking, you are committing to being present for the full experience across both days, arriving on time and honouring the shared space.

Health & Wellbeing
This retreat includes breathwork and experiential processes. By attending, you take responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing. If you are pregnant or have any medical or psychological conditions, please reach out prior to booking so we can ensure this space is supportive for you.
