1. **Proof of Purchase**
- This ticket serves as proof of purchase for the specified event and must be presented upon entry.

2. **Non-Transferable**
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold for a price higher than the original purchase price.

3. **No Duplication**
- Tickets must not be duplicated or falsified for entry. Any such actions will result in denial of admission.

4. **Refund Policy**
- Refunds are available up to **seven (7) days before the event**. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. **Third-Party Terms**
- This ticket has been created and managed through **TryBooking** and is subject to TryBooking’s Terms and Conditions.

6. **Event Organizer Responsibility**
- **Baldivis Children's Forest** is the sole organizer responsible for all ticket sales and event-related matters.

7. **Event Media Rights**
- The event organizer retains all rights to photography, videography, and filming during the event.

8. **Event Cancellation**
- In the case of unforeseen circumstances leading to event cancellation, a **full refund** will be issued to all ticket holders.

9. **Data Privacy**
- Personal data collected will **not** be used for marketing purposes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
