The Event Organiser has complied with Qld Government COVID-19 operating guidelines for Cairns Catholic Education (available from www.cns.catholic.edu.au/news-events/coronavirus-covid-19) and for performances with the Stage Queensland COVID Safe Plan.
If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, such as a cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or runny nose, even if these are mild DO NOT ATTEND the event. Contact the College so you ticket can be cancelled.
Ticket holders must abide by Rules of Entry to the activity venue. You must not attend this activity if:
• They have had flu like symptoms or have otherwise been unwell within the last 7 days: or
• They are currently under an isolation or quarantine order from Qld Health.

For paid ticketed events any refunds are at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
This ticket is proof of entry of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
The event will start on time and tickets scanned on entry.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

If performances are part of the event, latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable time deemed by the usher - so as not to disturb the performance.
If you are attending a performance event such as a musical, play, band or singing that has been licenced then no photography, filming or recording will be permitted. This will be announced at the start of the performance.
Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
The event organiser has the right to take film, photos, video of this event and those attending.
The event organiser has the right to use any film, photos or video on social media, printed matter, TVC & websites.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, patrons will be notified by email.
Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
Data collected will be used for signing up to St Augustine's Newsletter 'Saint News' and direct marketing. Once signed up persons will be able to opt out of eDM's via unsubscribe.
This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations.
