Six Degrees Event Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 3rd 2026

1.0 General Attendee Tickets
We understand that plans change. Our policy for general event tickets is as follows:
Full Refunds: Requests made up to 1 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
No-Shows or cancellations within 1 days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event for non-attendance.
Exception made where ticket costs exceed the amount of $100 AUD, (i.e., camps), in that case, please see as below:
Full Refunds: Requests made up to 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Cancellations within 7 days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for non-attendance.

2.0 Our Quality Guarantee
Six Degrees is committed to providing a safe and enriching environment.
In the rare event of a serious service failure (e.g., a confirmed food safety incident or significant event disruption), affected guests will be eligible for a full refund and complimentary ticket to a future Six Degrees event.

3.0 Force Majeure
Six Degrees shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. These causes include, but are not limited to:
Natural disaster events (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, or extreme weather events);
Outbreaks of infectious disease, pandemics, or government-mandated lockdowns;
Strikes, labour disputes, or failure of third-party utility/internet services;
Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Six Degrees reserves the right to postpone the event or provide a credit toward a future event in lieu of a cash refund. The final determination will be made based on the proximity of the event date and the financial recovery of non-refundable operational costs.

4.0 Event Cancellation by Six Degrees
Excepting the Force Majeure Events outlined in Section 3.0, if Six Degrees cancels an event for internal operational reasons, all ticket holders and vendors will receive a 100% refund to their original payment method within 10 business days.

5.0 Media and Consent
By purchasing a ticket or participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that filming and photography may occur for promotional and reporting purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify one of our staff or volunteers upon arrival.

Right to Modify: Six Degrees reserves the right to amend, update, or change any part of this policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon making publicly available. The policy in effect at the time of ticket purchase shall govern that specific transaction.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
