Terms & Conditions – Advanced / Pro Tap Class with Jesse Rasmussen
By registering for and participating in this class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration & Payment.
Registration is limited capacity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your place in class is confirmed only once payment is received in full.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they retain their spot in the class.
2. No Refunds or Transfers.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided if you are unable to attend or do not retain your spot in class.
Missed classes cannot be made up, transferred, or credited.
3. Cancellations & Schedule Changes.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to instructors, class content, schedule, or venue if required.
In the event that the organiser cancels a class or makes a significant schedule change, participants will be notified as soon as possible. A refund will be issued for any class cancelled by the organiser.
4. Limited Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances)
Limited refunds may be considered for:
Illness or injury with a valid medical certificate.
Long-distance travel disruptions beyond the participant’s control.
Requests must be submitted in writing and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver.
Participants acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss.
By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You agree to waive and release the organisers, teachers, staff, studio, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.
6. Indemnification.
By registering, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the studio, organisers, teachers, and venue from any claims, demands, damages, or legal actions arising from your participation in the class.
7. Medical Emergencies.
Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate.
In the event of a medical emergency, teachers and organisers reserve the right to call an ambulance or seek emergency medical treatment if a participant (or parent/guardian, where applicable) cannot be reached.
Any medical costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant or their parent/guardian.
8. Personal Property
The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Participants are encouraged to label and securely store personal items.
9. Conduct & Participation.
Participants are expected to follow studio rules and instructor guidance at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
