RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
This raffle is conducted in New South Wales, Australia, in accordance with applicable community gaming regulations. The raffle is conducted by Semmens, Wolfe and Davies Families.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tickets are available for purchase online only via Trybooking. Ticket prices are listed on the homepage. No physical tickets will be issued; confirmation of entry will be provided electronically. Each valid entry will be recorded in the draw.

Prize Details
Major Prize: A 4-night stay at “Buralo” located in Blueys Beach, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Block-out dates apply: 22 December 2026 – 18 January 2027 and 25 March 2027 – 29 March 2027 and renters must be over 25. Booking is subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the property owner/manager subject to their usual terms and conditions. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs (including travel, meals, bond, cleaning, or incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. The draw will take place on 8th July, 2026 via an electronic random draw system. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by phone and email on the day of the draw. Prize winners will be displayed on Semmens, Woolfe, Davies Facebook page.
By entering, participants agree to the use of their contact details for the purpose of administering the raffle. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose without consent. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize. The promoter is not responsible for any changes to prize availability outside its control.
