The Evans Hotel Bealiba Paranormal Investigation (TEHBPI) is an interactive experience designed for entertainment purposes only. Participants are advised that engaging in paranormal investigations involves potential risks and uncertainties. By participating in TEHBPI, you agree to the following:
• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in paranormal investigations carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, and psychological risks. You agree to assume all such risks voluntarily.
• No Guarantees: TEHBPI does not guarantee the existence or manifestation of paranormal phenomena during the investigation. The presence or absence of such phenomena is not guaranteed, and outcomes may vary.
• Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the investigation. TEHBPI organisers and staff will provide guidance and support, but ultimately, participants are responsible for their actions and decisions.
• Physical and Mental Health: Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, psychological sensitivities, or any other health concerns are advised to consult with a medical professional before participating in TEHBPI. Engaging in paranormal investigations may exacerbate existing conditions.
• Respect and Sensitivity: Participants must show respect towards locations, property, and any entities encountered during the investigation. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
• Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared or discovered during the investigation, including personal experiences and the identities of fellow participants.
• Release of Liability: TEHBPI organisers, staff, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during or as a result of participation in the investigation.
• Age Restrictions: Participants must be of legal age or accompanied by a legal guardian to participate in TEHBPI. Some locations may have additional age restrictions; please refer to specific event details.
