Arrival and Attire: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior. Comfortable, flexible clothing is recommended to ensure ease of movement. While gym attire is suitable, loose-fitting, relaxed clothing is ideal for practising Qigong.

What to Bring: You do not need to bring a mat, as these will be supplied, however, you are welcome to bring your own. It is recommended to have something to eat before you attend, even just something light.

Health Information: If you have any medical or physical information that you feel I should be aware of, please inform me before the class, either in person or via email.

Studio Location: Earthy Angels Yoga and Pilates Studio 1/27 Motorway Drive, ORMEAU QLD 4208
Parking within the complex is limited, so it is recommended to find street parking. If you do park within the complex, please use Unit 1 parking only. The studio is located above the F45 gym. Enter through the glass sliding door and go up the stairs. Leave your bags, phone and shoes in the room on the right, and the studio is on the left. If the front vehicle gate is locked there is a unlocked pedestrian gate on the left hand side of the complex.

Refunds and Cancellations:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.
- The 8-week term pass is non-refundable once the first class has been attended.
- If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible
