- All bookings must be paid for prior the workshop/classes.
- You cannot transfer your booking within 48 hours of the booking.
- No refunds allowed
- No filming/video recording is allowed during the workshops/classes.
- Only the person participating in the workshop/classes is allowed to stay in the studio during the time of the event.
- By purchasing a ticket for our events/workshops/classes you are agreeing to have your picture taken and to be part of any video recorded for promotional material for the organizer.
- Please check your email inbox, as well as your JUNK/SPAM folder, as important communication regarding your booking may be sent to you via email.
- The use of our premises and its facilities and your participation in classes and events conducted by the organizer may involve strenuous activity and special risks. You assume the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any injury (including but not limited to personal injury and disability), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind or nature, that you may suffer arising out of or in connection with the use of the studio’s facilities or participation in workshops/classes/events/fitness programs.
- You hereby release and forever discharge the organizer from all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses howsoever arising that you may have incurred arising from or in connection with the participation of any of the events organized by the organizer, the use of the facilities and equipment, or from being at any event organized by the organizer, to the fullest extent permitted by law and whether caused or contributed to (directly or indirectly) by any act of negligence, breach of duty or default/omission on the part of the organizer and its respective owners, directors, officers, employees or agents.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
