Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be made online via TryBooking. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another guest.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to guest numbers or ticket types are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. We cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate changes on the day.
Seating & Service
This is a single sitting event. Tables will be allocated by our team. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific table locations.
Arrival Time
Guests are asked to arrive on time to ensure smooth service for all attendees.
Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Event Changes
The Gardens Wagga reserves the right to make changes to the menu or event details if required due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Gardens Wagga practices the responsible service of alcohol at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse service where necessary.
