By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We use reasonable care and skill to deliver a safe and wonderful Event experience and provide you the inclusions for each Event listed on the relevant Site page for that Event.
◌ Mama Care Club, we, or us means Mama Care Club ABN 93118106887
◌ Attendee or you, means the person coming along to the Event.
1. Ticket Purchase & Cancellation Policy
Whilst we completely understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things come up, as a small business we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for this event, including for change of mind, illness, or non-attendance.
If you’re unable to attend and can find someone to take your place, Mama Care Club will happily transfer your ticket to another name at no additional cost. Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange this.
In the unlikely case the date of the event changes your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date, if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by the organiser, a refund will be provided.
2. Child Attendance & Supervision
Children and babies are welcome at this event. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their children throughout the event. Please note that the organiser does not provide childminding services and cannot accept liability for any incidents involving children during the session.
3. Health & Safety
Participation in the yoga class and meditation session is at your own discretion and risk. ◌ You are responsible for your health and wellbeing, as well as your personal items. By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or special considerations beforehand. The organiser is not liable for any injury sustained during the event.
4. Photography & Media
Photos or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the organiser know before the day or prior to the event starting.
5. Liability Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your attendance or participation. You agree to release and indemnify the organiser against any claims related to your (or your child’s) involvement in the event.
To the extent allowed by law, Attendees and Mama care Club both exclude all liability for claims by the other or a third party for all forms of indirect loss, including loss of business profits or revenue.
6. Feedback
If you give feedback in a public forum, you give us permission to use that content and related personal information publicly.
For example, we may take a screenshot of a positive Google review or Instagram story and use that material to promote Mama Care Club. If you give permission and later change your mind, let us know and we’ll make reasonable efforts to remove.
7. Australian Consumer Law
These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Communications Consent
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive important event information and updates about this event, as well as notifications about future Mama Care Club events and offerings. You can unsubscribe from future communications at any time.
