Event Attendance
* This is a live online workshop delivered via Zoom.
* Access details will be provided to the email address used at the time of booking.
* It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom prior to the scheduled start time.

Payments
* Full payment is required at the time of booking via TryBooking.
* A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to limited availability and preparation required for each session:
* Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a full refund, less any booking fees charged by TryBooking.
* Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
* Non-attendance (no-shows) are non-refundable.
* Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior written notice.

* All workshop materials, including checklists, templates, and supporting resources, are provided for personal or internal business use only.
* Materials must not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without prior written consent from Out of the Woods Business Advisory Services.

One-on-One EOFY Review Sessions (if purchased)
* One-on-one sessions are delivered via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.
* In-person sessions may be available at an additional cost and are subject to availability and travel arrangements.
* Where applicable, attendees must provide access to their accounting file (such as Xero) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to allow for pre-session review.
* Failure to provide access may limit the scope of advice that can be provided during the session.
