This event will be delivered in line with the relevant health and safety requirements at the time. Tickets are NOT refundable however, should the event be cancelled due to circumstances outside the School's control, all fees paid to Strathmore Secondary College will be reimbursed (excluding $0.50 per ticket paid to Trybooking).
Please note that if tables are undersold, tables may be merged. Single seats remaining vacant, may be allocated to a student, staff member or guest at the discretion of the Senior School Leadership team.
Crown Melbourne - Special Dietary disclaimer:
While Crown Melbourne will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances; we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients. For this reason, Gluten free meals cannot be 100% guaranteed however requests for meals which are low gluten will be accommodated.
The CSEF cannot be used to pay for this event.
The School Savings Bonus (SSB) can be used for this event.
Families with SSB funds remaining (a Credit balance), will automatically have all or part of the balance applied toward the graduating Year 12 student's ticket price. This will be processed by the school as a Refund on TryBooking after the student has attended the event.
The SSB cannot be used to pay for tickets for other family members or guests.
Photography & Media notice
All students and guests attending the Graduation Dinner may be photographed and will be asked to consent to images being used in accordance with the DET media policy, at the point of ticket purchase on TryBooking.
