# Event Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Churchlands Battle of the Bands 2026, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions.
## Attendance
This is a **Churchlands community only event**.
Attendance is limited to:
**Churchlands Senior High School students**
**Immediate family members of current Churchlands students**
**Churchlands Senior High School staff**
Specific exceptions may be made for select invited guests of competing band members only.
Tickets must not be purchased for people outside these approved attendee groups unless prior approval has been given by the event organiser.
## Family Friendly Event
Battle of the Bands is a **family friendly school community event**.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout the evening.
## Alcohol and Drug Free Event
This is a strictly **alcohol and drug free event**.
Alcohol, drugs, vaping products and any prohibited substances are not permitted at the venue.
Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or found in possession of prohibited substances, may be refused entry or removed from the event.
## Behaviour Expectations
This event will be supervised by volunteer Churchlands staff.
There is **zero tolerance** for:
**Violence**
**Threatening behaviour**
**Harassment**
**Bullying**
**Abusive language**
**Damage to property**
**Anti-social behaviour**
Any person behaving in a way that puts the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others at risk may be removed from the event.
## Supervision and Safety
Volunteer staff will be present to support supervision and event safety.
Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions given by event staff, school staff, security, venue staff or event organisers.
## Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees
The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
**Does not meet the approved attendance criteria**
**Breaches event expectations**
**Behaves in an unsafe or anti-social manner**
**Is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs**
**Fails to follow reasonable directions from staff or organisers**
## Tickets
Tickets are required for entry.
Tickets may be checked at the door.
The organiser may request confirmation that attendees are part of the Churchlands community.
## Refunds
Refunds are subject to TryBooking’s refund process and the discretion of the event organiser.
## Photography and Filming
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for school promotion, event documentation and community celebration.
Attendees who have concerns about photography or filming should contact the event organiser before the event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
