3 - Only CVPS students are permitted to participate in the event.

4 - Ticket refunds will not be issued for no-shows. In advance of the event, refunds will only be issued for exceptional circumstances, to allow for adequate planning & catering. Please email P&C if you would like to discuss further.

5 - Parents/Carers are ultimately responsible for supervision of their child/ren. P&C members & volunteers will be hosting the event & will do the utmost to keep all attendees safe.
