Payment & Inclusions
All tickets must be paid in full prior to the event.
The ticket price options are entry to The Shed for presentations, grab and go lunch and entry to the park for the afternoon or
Entry to The Shed only for presentations no lunch or entry included
Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
No Refund Policy
Final attendance numbers are required by Aussie World in advance to coordinate catering and seating.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance for any reason, including change of mind.
Please confirm availability before purchasing tickets.

Ticket Transfer Option
If you're unable to attend, tickets can be transferred to another guest.
All name changes must be submitted by Friday 18th July 48 hours before the event

Dietary Requirements
Dietary needs must be advised at the time of booking.

Supervision & Behaviour
This is a family-friendly event celebrating our Under 14 athletes.
All players and guests are expected to show respectful and responsible behaviour.
The club reserves the right to ask any disruptive individuals to leave the venue.
Any children aged 14 years and younger are to be supervised by a parent.

Photography & Social Media
Photos and videos may be taken throughout the night for use on club social media and future promotions.
If you or your child do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform us in advance.

Venue Guidelines
All guests must adhere to the venue rules set by Aussie World and The Shed staff.
Entry to other areas of Aussie World is only included if ticket has been purchased.
